If the games you have bought on Steam totaled $5 or more (I realize that this is likely but I have to be sure), then please contact Steam support as in that case it is most likely a problem with your Steam account and not with Transformice. They have had problems with frauds and decided to raise additional requirements for making microtransactions (such as buying Fraises).
